In response to the current climate of travel, rejuvenation and sustainability, Nightingale Hospitality, identified a certain void in the hotel marketplace. This void left us looking for inspiration, yearning for hotels and locales that adapted eco-friendly design, an out-of-the-box approach to operations and farm to table cuisine. The goal is to seek out attractive 3 to 4-star service niche properties that are grounded in nature and offer luxury amenities at a mid scale affordable price. With a true entrepreneurial spirit we have developed the Nightingale brand. It is this new style of boutique hotel that caters to travelers looking for a positive green experience at an affordable price.

Eco-friendliness is evolving from a nice-to-have, on-trend hotel commodity to a must-have priority for a growing number of environmentally and socially conscious travelers.
An Innovative Solution
We develop properties that are grounded in nature, within a 2 to 4-hour drive from a major city. The collection will be re-imagined with local relevant design, serve locally sourced house made food, and are Green Leeds certified or Well certified with a small carbon footprint. We seek destinations that are healthy and full of life and provide them a soft brand with technology and processes.

SUSTAINABLE SOURCED CUISINE
We develop concepts that incorporate locally sourced food that is seasonal, fresh, and organically-produced. Our guests are connected to the source of ingredients with the key inclusion of the farmer-chef relationship in every meal prepared.
Our idea is that each component from individuals to ecosystems are all taken into consideration during each step of preparation.
We recognize that, at 38%, millennials represent the largest single demographic within the targeted market. Millennial travelers currently account
for 40% of all U.S. travelers
We also aim to attract as many travelers under the age of 35 as over the age of 45—
inclusion is the key.
