"City girl at heart, but the mountains are always calling." With more than fifteen years of revenue management experience Katie is focused on developing innovative revenue strategies to help drive performance for hotels and owners. Her executive level experience and pulse on the market allows her to guide teams and pivot where necessary to ensure that revenues are being optimized across all channels. Vivian Campbell is a recognized leader in the hospitality industry with over 20 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, hotel openings and customer service training. Campbell is a highly effective and results driven leader in team development and client relations. She has a proven ability to deliver revenue, service and a high degree of client satisfaction.



Chief Financial Officer

With more than fifteen years of experience in hospitality finance & accounting, Meridith's background spans from small independently owned boutique hotels to large franchised resorts.  Specializing in hotel openings and systems configuration, she has served as a Regional Director of Finance and as an independent consultant for hospitality start-ups.   An active member of HFTP, she has a track record of improving profitability and productivity while simultaneously increasing customer service standards and internal controls.



Director of Business Development

Lara Weiss aka Laragistics, has spent nearly 3 decades in the hotel industry working in all areas of revenue and business development.  She specializes in Corporate Account Management, Consortia and Travel Agent sales and offers expert insight into the GDS and Channel Distribution, consulting on achieving maximum visibility and content publishing.  Lara leads a team under her AUTONOMOUS Hotel Collection portfolio representing hotels at tradeshows and events targeting corporate and leisure travel agents.



Photography and Design

Marni Epstein-Mervis is a hospitality and interiors photographer based in Los Angeles, California with over 10 years of experience in new media and content. She’s shot for boutique hotels around the world, including those in Nashville; South Africa; and Seattle. Her work’s been featured by Los Angeles Times, Dwell, Domino, Thomas Cook Travel Magazine, and more. She is also a guest-lecturer at USC's Annenberg School For Communication.
